配送について
佐川急便での配送となります。
（代金引換の場合は、佐川急便e-コレクト）
商品の配送は、ご注文日から3営業日以内です。
※商品の配送は、日本国内のみとなります。
送料は配送先によって異なります、「1注文あたりの基本送料」と、商品ごと、もしくは 注文単位で設定される「追加送料」の合計額となります。
1注文あたりのエリア別の基本送料
¥2,200（税込）：沖縄・離島
¥1,100（税込）：上記以外の地域へ配送の場合
※1注文で合計11,000円（税込）以上お買い上げの場合は基本送料は無料となります。

返品について

返品の取扱方法
Handling of returns
商品の交換または返品は受け付けないものとします。ただし、商品が不良品の場合、またはご注文と異なる商品が到着した場合のみ、商品の交換を受付ます。この場合、会員は商品到着後3日以内に弊社の指定する方法により、弊社に通知するものとし、弊社は良品の注文商品と交換します。ただし、当該商品の返送及び再送に要する送料などは弊社にて負担するものとします。また、止むを得ず商品の交換が不可能な場合は、返金にて対応させていただきます。
We do not accept exchanges or returns. However, we shall accept product exchanges only when a product is defective or where a different product from the one that was ordered arrives. In these cases, the member must notify us, via the method specified by us, within three days after the product arrives. Thereupon, we shall make an exchange for a good product that was ordered. In this regard, we shall bear the shipping charges, etc., needed to return and resend the product in question. Further, if it is simply impossible to exchange a product, we shall issue a refund.

不良品また誤配送の際は、商品到着後10日以内にお問い合わせページよりご連絡ください。

キャンセルについて
佐川急便e-コレクトの場合で、宅配業者が1週間経過しても配達できない場合は、キャンセルとみなさせていただきます。
